Engineering across the monitoring system

Our work spans motor-side vibration and temperature sensing, electrical monitoring, local gateways and the software used to review machine health. The aim is to connect measurements with practical investigations and maintenance planning.

  • Embedded AI and sensing: working with motor signals and anomaly detection at the equipment.
  • Hardware and assembly: PCB design, testing and integration of the monitoring electronics.
  • Physics and packaging: understanding vibration data and the physical constraints of installing sensors in a plant.
  • Software and infrastructure: bringing measurements together for review, access and operational workflows.

The Augur Forge Motor Condition Monitoring IoT Kit is designed for AC induction motors from 1 HP to 500 HP, with suitability assessed for each deployment. Read our buyer’s guide for the questions we encourage plant teams to ask before a pilot.

Contact and enquiries

Libihari K B is the named contact for sales, pilot enquiries and grievances.

For an initial discussion, share the application, motor ratings, operating schedule and the maintenance problem you want to investigate. Arrange a visit with the team before travelling to the registered office.
